We are delighted to announce our invited speaker, Dr. Karan Sikka from the Center for Vision Technologies, SRI International in Princeton, New Jersey. Dr. Sikka will talk about solving the problem of acquirung data for food classification, as well as the iFood Challenge and more.

The demo submission deadline has been set for July 8^th, 2018.

The EPIC-Kitchens dataset has been released on April 9th, 2018. It is the largest dataset in first-person (egocentric) vision, multi-faceted non-scripted recordings in native environments.

The dataset includes 55 hours of unedited footage.

The iFood 2018 Challenge has started!

Part of FGVC5 (FGVCx), organized by SRI International and sponsored by Google and Microsoft, it will take place at CVPR2018 in Salt Lake City.
